In this heart-filling season finale episode, Tamika Chambers, owner of AkiMat Yoga Studio, shares so many amazing things about her life and journey through yoga. We discuss the challenges of teaching yoga as an introvert and the adjustments made during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tamika shares her experience with the evolution of her physical practice and the importance of slow and mindful yoga practices.
