Finding your WHY doesn’t need to be some complex self-discovery process rooted in a traumatic experience.

Finding your WHY doesn’t need to be some complex self-discovery process rooted in a traumatic experience.
Hating the thought of being seen as an unproductive piece of s**t is a good enough reason.
Don’t overcomplicate it.
Things fall apart when I don’t follow the fitness or business systems I’ve created.
Sticking with a structured routine has proven to and time again to be the key to growth, but the human in me messes things up.
When I’m on the ball my routine is simple:
👉🏼 weekly meal prep
👉🏼 morning training
👉🏼 1 gallon of water
👉🏼 6+ hours of sleep (I’ve been off and feel it)
For business, my teams operation is also simple:

It’s only when I complicate good our simple systems that things fall apart.
Idk about you, but my plan is to keep things simple and maintain consistency for as long as possible to be successful.

Today I resolved that issue once and for all.

The form autopopulates in my project management dashboard. The team associated with your account gets notified, it auto-stores in your G-drive folder, and the information is passed to the appropriate people.
I’m doing this for two reasons:
1) I care about all of you and don’t want to be the bottleneck or ball dropper on your projects.
2) I can no longer serve you if I die from information overload… if that’s a thing.
Enduring a 1.5 hour daily commute to a job site where I was in over my head and half the age of the guys I managed sucked the life out of me.
Desperate to change my sifuation, I’d drive from work to the Crooked Tree brew pub or Starbucks to study for my LSAT or work on my app before going home.
After years of nights, mornings, and weekends working in pubs and cafes, I now spend my days doing what I love most- building successful businesses.
There wasn’t any specific moment turning point in my life. The LSAT or app didn’t set me free.
In fact, most would argue the time I spent studying and working in my early years went to waste considering I never pursue law when accepted and I didn’t push to market the app. I once thought the same.
It’s only now that I understand all the time I spent in the pubs and cafes was the most valuable time of my life as a businessman.
Without facing the struggles of my daily routine I wouldn’t have forced myself to study law or try building an app.
Without the studying or building tech with my overseas contractors, I couldn’t do what I do for a living now.
The lesson is that series of events occurring in our lives will hardly ever happen on our timeline or in a way we plan for them to.
However, if you stay consistent for a lifetime you will get to where you’re headed.
Stay focued on what you want and don’t succumb to the forces working against you- even if it takes 8 years to build your dream like it did me.

But, how you frame your message is going to be the difference between attracting followers and losing them.
