Edit: A lot of people in the comments say this "isn't ADHD, it's addiction" but act as if people with ADHD can't be addicted... in fact, people with ADHD have a higher chance of succumbing to addictions because of their constant search for dopamine.

To those who say "I have ADHD and this isn't ADHD at all": Did you know that ADHD comes in different types? Some people with ADHD get more of the "anxiety" part, some get more of the "depression" part, and some get more of the "hyperactivity" part. Not every brain is built the same and just because you are diagnosed with ADHD doesn't mean that everyone has to be exactly like you to have ADHD. Some people need constant stimulation, others can only do one thing at a time and get overwhelmed easily.

"Thanks for contributing to the continued misdiagnosis of ADHD." This specific meme actually made me go seek a referral to get a diagnosis of ADHD and my doctor actually agreed referred me to a psychiatrist who started to prescribe me ADHD meds. It has completely changed my life. You know you actually need ADHD meds when you take them and you feel /relaxed/ and you can actually just... get up and do things without fighting against your own body to do it. It's literally changed my life for the better and I'm glad I saw a meme like this to make me start thinking about ADHD.

Also, if you want to come here and be an idiot about this, I'm just going to ban you instantly rather than attempt to argue with you.
