For all of us who are also struggling mentally. 💚🎗🙏🏻

It is so hard to not fall into depression and mental issues when you have to fight every day to live like a normal person and fit in.
It's hard when you can't work a steady job like everyone else.
It's hard when you never feel up for plans with family and friends, yet it hurts when you're the one always missing out.
It's hard when you can't keep up with your children and you feel guilty for not doing as much as you want to with them because they're only little once.
It's hard when you're relationship is effected.
It's hard to get Dr's who understand you.
It's hard to get a true diagnoses.
It's hard when you look in the mirror and barely recognize yourself anymore.
It's hard to stand up for yourself against those that minimize your pain and condition.
It's hard to pick yourself back up off that bathroom floor when you feel like you're dying.
It's hard to keep fighting.
It's hard to pretend to be OK. ❤️‍🩹😭

Sharing because so many times, those around us think surgery fixes us and we will be normal afterwards. This is a chronic illness. There is no cure. Endometriosis CAN turn into further complications.

I've had 7 surgeries. Ive had left o***y and tube removed, I've had 6 other laproscopies as well. Endo has been removed from my colon and bladder. I now have a "growth" on my remaining o***y, which is believed to be an endo fluid filled cyst.
My last surgery in 2021 I had one that ruptured in surgery, causing a severe infection where I was hospitalized for 1 week. Woke up with a tube & bag draining infection, it was really bad.
Now I'm labeled "high risk".
I have Mirena and also estrogen patch, on top of other meds. It is being monitored but YES endo can turn into other problems.
I'm living proof that endo can & will travel and can and will get worse!!
It's a horrible disease and I despise it 😒
Diagnosed at 15, still have at 36
