Lauki Jabar Recipe

1. Lauki grated 1/2
2. Rice 1 cup
3. Water 11/2 cup
4. Salt 1 tsp
5. Milk 1/4 cup
6. Mustard oil 2 tbsp
7. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
8. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
9. Ginger grated 1 tsp
10. Curry leaves handful
11. Dry red chilli 2

- In a pan add grated laud and rice. Add water and salt. Cover and cook until it’s fully cooked.
- Add milk, mix it and cook for few more minutes.
- Turn off the heat.
- In a tadka pan, add mustard oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger and dry red chillies.
- Add the tadka to the rice, mix and enjoy.

Mirchi Ka Achaar

Ingredients -
1. Green chillies 200g
2. Salt 2 tbsp
3. Turmeric 1 tsp
4. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
5. Hing 1/2 tsp
6. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
7. Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
8. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
9. Kalonji 1 tsp
10. Mustard seeds 4 tbsp
11. Lemon juice 4 tbsp
12. Mustard or vegetable oil 1 cup

- wash and towel dry all the green chillies.
- cut it into small size pieces.
- Transfer it to a bowl and add chilli powder, salt, turmeric and hing.
- Now for the masala roast cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, kalonji and mustard seeds. Once done let it cool.
- grind it roughly and add it to the chillies.
- Now heat mustard oil in a pan and let it cool completely.
- Add it to the chillies and mix well.
- Now transfer it to a glass container.

Green Wrap with Protein rich dip

Green Wrap -
1. Besan or gram flour 1 cup
2. Spinach 80g
3. Salt 1/2 tsp
4. Oil 1/2 tsp
5. 5. Water 1 cup

- transfer everything in a blender with water until it turns runny. Add more water if required.
- once done, heat a nonstick pan on low heat and spread the batter. Cook from both sides on low heat.
- you can make 6-7 wraps with this batter.

For the Protein Spread
1. Roasted red bell pepper 1
2. Paneer 100g
3. Salt 1/2 tsp
4. Lime juice 1 tsp
5. Garlic 2 cloves
6. Water 4 tbsp

- transfer everything in a blender and blend it smooth.

For wrap
- Spread the protein dip on the wrap.
- Add lettuce and mixed vegetables of your choice in the centre.
- Make a wrap by folding the corners.
