Spicy, Tangy instant chilli pickle 🥰
Ingredients -
1. Green chillies 200g
2. Salt 2 tbsp
3. Turmeric 1 tsp
4. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
5. Hing 1/2 tsp
6. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
7. Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
8. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
9. Kalonji 1 tsp
10. Mustard seeds 4 tbsp
11. Mustard or vegetable oil 1 cup

Ragi Chivda
1. Ragi flakes 2 cup
2. Lai/puffed rice 1 cup
3. Oil 2 tbsp
4. Peanuts 1/4 cup
5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
6. Curry leaves handful
7. Green chilli 1
8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
9. Chat masala 2 tsp
10. Salt 1/2 tsp
- in pan roast ragi flakes for few minutes until it becomes crunchy. Once done set aside.
- In same pan roast puffed rice until crispy. Set aside.
- Now heat oil and fry peanuts for few minutes until it becomes crispy.
- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, turmeric, chat masala, salt. Mix well.
- Add ragi flakes and puffed rice and mix well.

Party Snack
Ingredients -
1. Cream cheese 1 cup
2. Salt 1 tsp
3. Dill leaves handful
4. Parsley handful
5. Jalapeño 2
6. Olives handful
7. Mixed seeds and berries 1/4 cup
- in a bowl add cream cheese, salt, dill leaves, parsley, chopped jalapenos and chopped olives.
- mix well and transfer it to a cling wrap. Cover and roll it tightly.
- refrigerate it for 30 mins to 1 hour
- in a plate add mixed seeds and berries. Cover the refrigerated cheese with it and enjoy it with crackers.

Jim Jam Biscuits - Valentine’s Day Special ❤️💕
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon milk (if needed)
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 3–4 tablespoons strawberry jam
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
• In a bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until light and creamy.
• Add vanilla extract and mix.
• Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix everything into a soft dough.
• If the dough feels dry, add 1 tablespoon of milk gradually.
2. Shape the Biscuits:
• Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
• Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
• Take small portions of dough, roll into balls, and slightly flatten them.
• Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make a small indent in the center of each biscuit.
3. Fill with Jam:
• Spoon a little strawberry jam into each indent. Be careful not to overfill.
4. Bake:
• Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
• Let them cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
5. Enjoy!
