Reason for the Season // Week 7
In Luke 4:17-19, Jesus proclaims that he has come to bring freedom to those bound by sin and the law, offering spiritual release from the power of sin. Through his death and resurrection, Jesus redeems humanity, freeing them from the burdens of legalism and empowering believers to live righteously through faith, not works.
Reason for the Season // Week 6
Jesus, after being baptized, declared his mission in his hometown synagogue, fulfilling Isaiah 61:1-2 to bring good news, freedom, and healing to those spiritually poor and trapped in sin. Through his death and resurrection, he offers eternal life and freedom from the law’s condemnation.

Reason for the Season // Week 5
Why did Jesus Come? That's the question. How do we find answers to this question? The easiest way is to take it from Jesus. Jesus tells us the reasons for why he came.
By focusing on Jesus and using personal trials as testimonies of God’s goodness, we can find purpose and joy even in difficult seasons.
We are so excited about Christmas At CF!!! You won’t want to miss any Sundays this month or our Christmas Eve Services. We can’t wait to celebrate with you this Christmas season!
Even in the midst of sorrow, we can find joy and peace by trusting in God. Sorrow will tell you that because of what you lost, you have nothing else to live for, but this is not true. God has destined joy and peace for us, and by trusting in Him, we can overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Reason for the Season // Week 4
Loss is an inevitable part of life, and navigating seasons of sorrow requires focusing on God's promises and maintaining hope, rather than being consumed by grief. By being thankful, trusting in God's plan, and fixing our eyes on Jesus, we can find joy and peace even in the midst of sorrow, ultimately fulfilling our purpose and moving forward with perseverance.
Joy and bitterness cannot coexist; we must choose to pursue joy through grace.
Reason for the Season continues this weekend!!
Reason for the Season // Week 3
Bitterness is a deep-seated anger and resentment that poisons our spirit and prevents spiritual growth, often rooted in our refusal to forgive. Overcoming bitterness requires surrendering to God's grace, choosing forgiveness, and striving for peace and holiness to restore joy and healing in our lives.
