A friend labeled me as such in high school and it’s been what my pals call me ever since. I’ve been in the radio business since 2008, where I cut my teeth on the best rock station on the planet – KSHE 95. First working in the promotions department and then in 2012 I began co-hosting the first version of 'The KSHE Morning Rock Show' with John Ulett. In 2020, I left the show to begin hosting my Afte

rnoon Drive program. ! As of April 17th, 2023 I have joined The Rizzuto Show on 105.7 The Point where I get to hang out with the #1 morning show in St. I still get to host the metal staple on KSHE, too – Monday Night Metal from 9-midnight. As far as my personal life, I am married to a man named Tim, whom I met at the radio station. Our first, Clover, who was homeless in Mascoutah, IL. My aunt found her living under her porch and then shortly became our roommate. Since 2020, our second cat, Willow, hitch-hiked all the way from Kentucky to find a forever home with us. In 2019 I joined a group of musicians to form our classic rock cover band, ‘Lane Narrows.’

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, cleaning, volunteering and dancing!

Tim and I didn’t send out cards to anyone this year, so this will serve as our very blanketed greeting!

Wherever you are, with whom ever, and however you feel — I hope some warmth and love rushes over you and you realize how fleeting and special this lifetime is.

And I hope 2025 isn’t harsh.

Last night at band practice! A little cocktail, a little adding new music to our sets for 2025… a little cackle laugh! I’m excited about our next “tour” in 2025. We got some fun things in the works. New lapel pins for your leather jackets… coozies for your road sodies…some new stickers to slap on your buddy’s back without him realizing you just dosed him into becoming a Lane Narrows fan! The classic rock covers will do the talking next year! Come shake your butt. 💋
