I’ve been sharing these on TikTok, but I’m making an effort to share here, too. For the next 29 days, I’ll be posting one exercise each day to help us close out 2024 with a clear mind, a full heart, and a sense of closure.

Feel free to share your answers in the comments or jot them down in your notes app—whatever works best for you. 💜

Day 1: Reflect on 2024. What were your biggest wins and toughest losses this year? Take a moment to celebrate and acknowledge them. Comment below or write them down for yourself.

Day 2: Gratitude check. What are 3 things you’re grateful for? Here’s mine:
1. Justin Doubrava
2. Our family and friends (yes, that includes you!)
3. Our sweet doggos 🐾

Day 3: Clear your mind. Today is all about mental decluttering. Grab a pen, pencil, or your notes app, and let it all out. Here’s a prompt to get you started:
• What would you say to January 1, 2024 you?
• What advice would you give them?
• Is there anything you left unsaid this year that you need to release?

Write it all down—get it out of your head and onto paper (or your app).

There are still items that the kids need for the care closet - if you’re able to, please consider getting something off their list

The Care Closet has everyday essentials for kids who may not have access to it at home - things like toothpaste, tampons, cold weather gear etc
If we all come together, we can ensure every child has what they need to be comfortable and confident.

we have cleared many lists before, let’s do it again!

After going septic from a kidney infection in 2019, I started to develop random muscle contractions. We’d find out in 2021 that I had a rare neurological movement disorder called dystonia.

Dystonia has taken so much from myself and so many others and unfortunately there’s no cure currently. Our goal is to raise $5,000 for DMRF to help research dystonia and hopefully one day, find a cure.

You know what, I’m going to talk about it because I’m disgusted. The fact that I’ve seen people who I was mutuals with LAUGHING and saying “too bad they missed” or “should have been Biden” has to be the most foul, disgusting, disturbing thing I’ve seen. The fact that the human life has absolutely no value to some people is terrifying and disgusting. You don’t have to like either of them but saying those things is unacceptable. If this makes you mad, go ahead and take yourself out to the curb. EVERY SINGLE PERSON should be horrified by what happened today. Instead people come onto social media and wear your rearend as a hat. My prayers are with the family of the life that was lost today. My prayers are with everyone who witnessed today and is struggling with it. My prayers are with our Nation because something has to change with how we treat one another. Some of yall need to look deep inside and heal whatever is hurting you that makes you lash out.
