My 3rd paddle of the season. The water was like glass. It was so quiet and peaceful. A flock of birds flew overhead, I could hear their wings flap!

Made this simple smoothie this morning in my camper van. It was so good!

This protein smoothie was so simple and delicious!
I made it in my in my VitaMix blender. I forgot to bring my coconut milk and would have like a dash of cinnamon but didn’t bring that either...

2 cups water or milk of your choice. I used water
2 scoops Shaklee Life Shake, French Vanilla
2 scoops Shaklee Collagen-9

Blend until smoothie. Sip and enjoy!
Want easier? Mix in a blender bottle.

Gypsy, my 2016 Winnebago Travato campervan took me to Thermopolis for some hot springs soaking therapy!

She’s was down from 3/1-5/22 getting new parts… well mostly waiting for parts on backorder… some diagnosing… and more parts… itchy tires for sure!!
This is our test trip… she did great today!
It’s a 2-hour drive downstate.

Tropical Delight
1 1/2 cups milk of your choice
2 scoops Shaklee Life Shake, French vanilla
2 scoop Shaklee Collagen-9
A few strawberries
A few pieces of pineapple
Small piece of banana

Blend until smooth. Sip and enjoy!
