We’re excited to share two leadership updates as The PPS Group gets ready for its next growth phase. Starting January 1, Deb Price will assume the role of Executive Production Director. Deb has extensive production experience, strong client leadership, and a hands-on approach that has been key to PPS’s success. In her expanded role, she will oversee our production team while remaining actively involved with important client projects—ensuring excellence, consistency, and collaboration in all our work.
Deb will also work closely with Icehouse to support its creative and strategic efforts—helping turn big ideas into high-quality ex*****on, strengthening production planning early on, and making sure work moves smoothly from strategy to delivery.
At the same time, Trent Pekkala will take on a new role as Executive AI Director. Trent will guide how we thoughtfully incorporate AI across PPS, Icehouse and Scene Savers—improving creative and production efficiency, unlocking new value from archived content, and boosting strategy, performance, and ROI for our clients. He will keep a hands-on creative role as our lead director of photography while helping shape how AI is practically and meaningfully applied.
Together, these leadership moves reinforce our commitment to evolving how we work, investing in our people, and delivering smarter, more effective solutions for our clients as we move toward 2026.
