Building a company requires a ton of skills that most people never even consider, like:

- Do you know how to build a team?
- Do you know how to create systems?
- Do you know how to market effectively?
- Do you know how to hire and fire people?
- Do you know how to build a company culture?
- Do you know how to develop your product or services?

Too many people think they can learn these abilities by just hiring some bu****it coach, buying a so called expert's overpriced course, or attending their flashy conference, learn these skills, and magically 10x their business and become a millionaire. But it just doesn’t work like that.

The only people becoming millionaires are the ones selling those courses, and most of them haven’t even 10x’d their own businesses!

Eventually, people figure out that what they're selling doesn't really work, and they end up losing.

You’re better off networking with other business owners, learning from their experiences, from their mistakes!

If there were an easy way to success, everybody would know about it by now! But like everything else in life, we’re conditioned to look for shortcuts and quick fixes. I fell for it too, that’s how I know it’s all bu****it. For my first ten years in business, I didn’t understand this. Thankfully, I do now.

ARE YOU PASSING THE TEST?

All it takes is showing up every day, doing the s**t you know you’re supposed to do, going to bed and repeating that as long as it takes and making sure that no distractions, no bu****it, no people, NOTHING gets in your fu***ng way!!! You have to have the attitude of a fu***ng warrior to become successful, it’s not easy, it’s not for everybody. IT TAKES MORE THAN WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE IS TRYING TO GIVE, WHICH IS WHY NOBODY ELSE HAS IT, but if you can teach yourself to be disciplined, and you can teach yourself to not quit, and you can learn the lessons along the way from the s**t that you f**k up, YOU CAN NOT LOSE as long as you keep going you will get where you wanna go. If you fu***ng have the ability to persevere, you have the discipline to do things you wanna do when you don’t wanna do them and you have the ability to keep going no matter how long it takes….

That’s called passing the test!

IT’S OK TO BE WRONG…

Admitting that you’re wrong, isn’t a weakness. Everybody thinks it’s a weakness, but really, it’s a superpower, because being able to detach enough and admit quickly that you’re wrong, is a huge strength that you can possess in your life.

Once you realize that you’re wrong, it’s important to adjust your direction quickly, because it’s going to save you a lot of heartache in long run!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY?

You have to learn to take your little wins and use them as a foundation for progressing further. If you find yourself at the highest possible point in some area of your life or business, that’s the time to reevaluate, learn some new skills, and then build upon it to create something even better.

The only limits to a successful career or successful life are self imposed. Milestones are huge, and they’re important, and it’s important to celebrate your wins for a short period of time, but you can’t just hit one home run and quit. They’re meant to be built upon. They’re meant to be strong together. Those wins should eventually form a path, a path to success and what your legacy will ultimately be.

What I’m trying to say is this… It doesn’t matter what you did yesterday, it doesn’t matter what you did last month, it doesn’t matter what you did last year, it doesn’t matter what you did 10 years ago.
