With many friends who own small businesses, we were trying to find a way to help. Our friend, Paul Stokey, owner of Tesoro Flowers, allowed us to use some of his beautiful photos, combined with his own message of hope, to create a trial video communication for him to use for his clientele.

Roaring Mouse will be in the Spreckels lobby on Saturday, June 15, from 6:00-6:45pm handing out the fire dvd replacements for Dance Center 2006-2017. If you’ve been contacted by Sara or been in touch with the studio but can’t make it to Spreckels, we will be making arrangements for delivery to you next week! 😊

Update on fire DVDs: Almost ready for delivery! 😊

Update on the Fire DVDs: We got them! 😊
54 individual shows spanning 2006-2016. We only lost 1.
6 more 2017 shows to go.
Approximately 300 DVDs when we are done to 15 fire victims.
Then on to the next studio!

We call them the “Fire DVDs”. Your replacements are coming along. We brought all the hard drives, burner, and multiple-DVD cases home and are running batches before and after work.
Years 2006-2010 are looking pretty good. We are still holding our breath and crossing our fingers. 😊

Update regarding Tubbs Fire victim replacement DVDs:

We have a list. It’s hard to read, but we have pulled spreadsheets of all orders as far back as 2006 and pulled the info for people who phoned / emailed us needing replacement copies. With approx. 5 shows a year for 12 years and 15 people, we are looking at about 300 copies to be made, spanning all years from 2006 and all shows. Unfortunately, any prior years will take more time and may not be recoverable as they were on VHS.

We have located the hard drives containing these shows; however, some of these drives have been sitting quite awhile, so we are crossing our fingers and hoping we can get the DVD copies done. We will do our best, as promised. And they will be at no charge, as promised.

We know it has taken some time, but we always knew this would be a big project while we continued our other workload. We appreciate all those who have been patient and understanding. We don’t have an ETA for delivery, but we will be reaching out as soon as we complete all the duplications for everyone.

For our fire victim families:
We are continuing to work on providing you replacement copies of dance performance videos lost in the fire. This is a pretty big project, as the performances go back many years and we don’t keep an inventory of DVDs on hand. This could take a few more months as we locate footage and make copies. We appreciate your patience, especially after everything you’ve been through. Please know we are still working on it and haven’t forgotten you.
