About 80% of the visible effects of aging can be attributed to sun exposure. If a good SPF isn’t in your medicine cabinet yet, I would highly recommend going out to get some😎

While PRP and PRF are similar, they are not the same!

PRP and PRF are a great natural alternative for skin and facial rejuvenation. Both contain natural growth factors found in your blood that can help collagen & elastin production and trigger cellular turnover.

🩸PRP (platelet rich plasma) is spun in at a high speed with an anticoagulant that results in the plasma layer completely separating from the other blood components.🤯

🩸With PRF (platelet rich fibrin) the blood is spun at a lower speed and without an anticoagulant. This results in some white blood cells, stem cells, and fibrin remaining in the platelet layer.

In theory, PRF can potentially contain more growth factors and stem cell effects as opposed to PRP.
