I spend the day watching all the news footage from that day, thinking about all the kids at soccer practice that night the things said how scared they were and then I come to Whataburger Field Corpus Christi Texas to participate in the 9/11 Stair Climb to remember the fallen. However you choose to remember the day, please take a minute to think about all the families who lost someone that day.

In the photo, you’ll see Albert and Paula Kessler’s cats, Cadiz and Bootsy, who found their forever home after being rescued as strays near a little Baptist church close to their K3 ranch.

Albert and Paula, the owners of Hest Fitness Products, adopted their first cat after their beloved dog passed away. According to Albert, they quickly discovered that cats are not only affectionate but also the perfect pet for their busy lifestyle. Cats are independent, keep themselves entertained, and you never have to worry about letting them out thanks to litter boxes.

And just like Cadiz and Bootsy are showing us, it feels good to rest! Rest days are a vital part of any workout program. Our bodies need time to recover after exercise, rebuild, and grow stronger, so don’t forget to schedule those recovery days into your routine!
