Budget Tips:
Sometimes you find super crusty wires, corroded, covered in primer or paint, etc.
maybe the person that sold you the car slapped things together or it was outside without glass.
Post some pictures of your rats nest or ask questions to get your issue resolved here.
Cleaning terminals with a little sand paper, a dremel tool wire wheel (super carefully), replacing flashers, checking your grounds aren’t loose, clean up and replace bad connectors, scrape off a little paint to get a good connection, make sure you don’t have stray hot leads dangling where they can cause a short, etc.
Replace questionable fuses, check fuses with a multimeter for continuity, even if they look good.
Electrical connections want to be as clean as possible and solid as possible.
If a fuse keeps blowing, stop putting new fuses in until you find the short.
