The Gazette’s distribution department is seeking a motivated individual to assist in coordinating the efficient operation of our Iowa City distribution centers. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include overseeing independent contractors, dispensing newspapers, route lists and carrier supplies. Will assist with open routes and delivery of missing or damaged newspapers.

Candidate must have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable motor vehicle record, proper insurance and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work very early morning hours, including weekends.

Pre-Employment drug screen, physical, and motor vehicle record required. EOE

We are looking for a newspaper carrier in the Washington area. If you are good about getting up at 3am every morning to deliver papers to the town of Washington.
You will get 3 days of paid training and are paid every other week.
