Corpse Nation We're a full on award winning creative production company passionate about making outrageous horror! I know it's not theft, but that's how I see it. "Hey! FAQ

UPDATE: I was hospitalized for three weeks due to chronic ulcerative colitis (pancolitis) as well as pancreatitis at the time. During that span, I had no internet access & was unaware that my domain was about to expire. When I got home and back to work, I find out that some Asian p**n company stole my domain. My apologies to all of those whom have looked for us online, but were unable to find us.

I am keeping this page up, as well as all our social media presences including our YouTube channel. Thank you for all your patronage and support. Please see our latest update posted 8-17-21 for new information. CO**SE NATION is a United States based company that specializes in creating custom made skulls, bones and co**ses, as well as well as other media (horror art) such as props, photography, film & theatre. So here's some info you may want to know in regards to our start:

What is it about Co**ses and zombies??? Why do we do it? Simply put, we love it! Horror movies, being scared, being creative, we, as people should never let that little kid in all of us ever die, life is too short to stop being a kid entirely, and if you do, bring him / her back to life! Long story short: Our goal is to create the most realistic horror props in the country which are both affordable and available for rent and/or purchase by the everyday consumer, not just film professionals. To create specialized and unique pieces for anyone that loves horror movies and Halloween as much as we do. When you display a prop (skull, co**se etc...) created by Co**se Nation, the first reaction you'll get is: "Is that real?" And that's why we love doing what we do. CO**SE NATION is owned by two brothers with deep roots in the horror genre. Both of us have over a dozen years experience in the entertainment industry having worked in Films, TV Shows, Commercials and so forth. One is an entrepreneur, with degrees in Business and Psychology, while the other is a published author and photographer with a degree in Film and Television Production. Together, we have found a way to bring the dead back to life, well... sort of. From writing scripts to applying special effects make-up: from directing and producing commercials, PSA's and Feature Films; both of us have harnessed our energies in creating a one of kind custom co**se for a Halloween haunted house which received an unprecedented amount of positive attention in 2010! (At first we went to the party stores and Halloween shops, but neither of us could get past the 'cheese factor'. Nothing was scary, gory or intended for adults. We loved Halloween as kids and we still love it now!" but where are the cool looking co**ses etc... instead of these cheap plastic ones with red light up eyes.. ugh... Alas, there was nothing for us, so, we created our own.) This led to the brainchild that is now CO**SE NATION. Whether you're a fireman or policeman needing victims for your next training video, in need of props for your new film, haunted house or if you're anything like us and simply love Zombies, then look no further! Hey, rotting severed heads are the new "Pet Rock"! Everything created by Co**se Nation are "one of's". In other words, each piece is custom made by hand via the meticulous process known as "Corpsing". Corpsing, is the adding of flesh to a skeleton or raw bone. There are many ways to go about this, but we have our own method. Like snowflakes, no two are the same. We take tremendous pride in our work and use no shortcuts during the process. Additionally, our pieces are water resistant (to a point), so they'll be just fine if they get caught out in a rain shower or two, although a severe storm, a lot of rain/snow etc... (including excessive handling) can damage each piece, so do take care of them. Browse photos of our work, check out our video's, and ask questions. Be sure to leave comments and enjoy your stay! No actual co**ses were reanimated during or after the corpsing process...
.. that we know of. Welcome, to CO**SE NATION

Contact us if you have any questions or comments. There's lot's more to come! Are the pieces you do non toxic? A. Although our custom made pieces are made of many various chemicals and products. They are perfectly safe to have in and around the home, however we urge you not to put anything in your mouth (or other or***ce for that matter). Our products are for display ONLY. Q. Do you use real bones? We can, but those would be custom orders, and you would have to contact us directly. The products we use vary by budget, but could either include plastics or bone resin, and you can stop right now if you're about to ask us to co**se a real human being. We abide by the law, and although the concept of corpsing grandma does make us go "Hmmm..." It's just not gonna happen. "Real" equates to bone resin products. How delicate are they? Certain pieces are more delicate than others; however we recommend that you treat them as pieces of art. Yes, they are weather proof to an extent, but if you leave a skull on your dashboard in the sun, over time it will deteriorate. If they get wet, they'll be fine, but prolonged exposure may result in a touch up. Additionally, we recommend handling any piece with care. The more abuse they are put through, the more likely they will require touchups. Co**se Nation does not assume those costs, however we will provide that information for you upon request. Can I dress them up? Of course! Though Co**se Nation does not take responsibility for any torn or stained clothing. What if my pet gets a hold of one? We don't put squeakers inside the bones for a reason; hopefully Rex will not get a hold of any piece that we create. As stated above, if we don't want you to put anything in your mouth that goes the same for any pet that you might have. Dogs, cats etc... can be around them, they can rub up against them, just don't let them lick or ingest them. That's the job of the zombie! (Additionally, the bones do not smell like something a pet would want, so it likely won’t be an issue). How do you come up with your prices? We are firm believers in quality over quantity. The products we order are quality pieces, not junk, not something that will collapse under the weight of the added flesh or look as if it were made on an assembly line. We order very specific pieces that can handle our corpsing process. Additionally, we take our time and create each piece as if we were creating it for ourselves. The goal is to create something that you can't buy at the local party store; something realistic and unique. Our pricing is a culmination of the quality pieces we order, the hands on (no machine) process of corpsing, corpsing materials and labor. How long does it take to make one piece? Each piece takes approximately 3 weeks to create from start to finish. A full co**se will be a month in production so order well before you plan to use the piece. Does not include shipping times where applicable, but why wait? If you want a piece that we have in our inventory, you can get what you want immediately! Contact us for more info and please specify what it is that you're interested in. Why does it take so long to create? Each individual piece consists of many layers which need to dry before applying the next layer. To save time we are capable of working on multiple pieces at once. In order to create the best possible product for our customers we make sure that every stage of creation is complete before we continue. Are there any moving parts or lights? No. Our goal is to recreate something authentic. It's up to you if you decide to put lights into whatever piece you order, if that's your wish. Once the product is in your hands you may do whatever you like, but here at Co**se Nation we do not use animatronics or lights of any kind. Do you only accept Paypal? We accept Paypal, checks, money orders AND credit cards. (Note: We only begin to work on your piece once the financial transaction is completed). Checks must clear, money orders deposited and so forth. Please take into account how long that might take when you order. How long do you wait before processing an order? We do not wait. As soon as the financial transaction is complete, we get right to work. If you ordered a piece we have in stock, it'll ship within 48 hours. Where do you get your inspiration from? We draw inspiration from all sorts of things. Books we've read, movies and shows we've watched. Most of the time however it's just whatever we come up with along the way. Do let us know if you have something specific in mind. We try to accommodate everyone. If it's possible, we'll do it for you! How customizable are the orders and can that affect price? Orders are fully customizable within reason. Depending on what you want, it may affect the price and/or length of time to create depending. We do try our best to maintain consistency as far as time goes. We realize 3 – 4 weeks is a long time to wait and we want you to be enjoying your new piece as soon as possible! Contact us directly for more information; be sure to provide us with as much information as you can so we know exactly what it is that you're looking for. Please note: We use darker color stains due to the yellowing of specific chemicals, through the process of experimentation we found that this works / looks best.

We do more than just create realistic rotting skulls, bones and co**ses; we live and breathe horror.

We've been a part of and helped write, create and provide sfx for live theatrical productions, award winning short films, award winning photography as well as award winning dark poetry which have been published in many leather bound coffee table books..

I'm proud to say that we've worked in major haunted attractions, and have been featured on multiple local new networks in South Florida as well as the Discovery Channel.

Currently, however... we're on hiatus as our founder and creator is undergoing some very serious health issues which has proven difficult to overcome.

He hasn't given up hope, but it'll be a long and winding road to get him back in action so we can resume our horror loving ways and entertain you with horror-filled productions and artistic pieces.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and well wishes! 💀

This is an update post.

My health has been very poor as of late, which is why nothing has been happening on here.

I've been hospitalized dozens of times over the past five years.

A couple of years ago, I was urgently hospitalized via ambulance and stuck in a bed for three weeks. I was alone, I had no computer, no internet access, no phone (because I didn't have my charger with me) and while I was there, the Co**seNation domain expired. I had no idea!

When I got out of the hospital, I found that some stupid Asian p**n company of all things stole my name! I know it's technically not stealing, but that's how I felt and still feel about it!

Why they are using THAT name for that business is beyond explanation. Needless to say, I'm not happy about it, but financially I can't afford to try and get my domain back.

It also doesn't make sense, because I have the Co**se Nation page, Facebook account, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube etc... I even own the alternate names at .net and .us. I got all of that when I started over 10 years ago. The other names I got months later, so I was still able to renew them.

There is no website online any longer, (well... not the real one, the one I built) but I do own the domains:

Co**seNation.net
Co**seNation.us

as well as:

DeadEffects.com (Working on something, the money to publish it is another thing, lol).

I may use the latter moniker until I can get my original name back.

There are plans in place to create new pieces and sell off my remaining inventory which is boxed up. (For realism, I may not even dust them off, lol).

I apologize for the lack of communication. I've been & continue to battle multiple diseases and severe injuries. A friend had started a GoFundMe campaign (but I've shut the donations part down as it just wasn't helping quick enough) although it did keep me alive this long, and that is the truth!

For information purposes only, the link is below:

https://www.gofundme.com/f/Please-Help-Me-Fight-Heal-From-My-Disease

What happens from here, I don't know; all I do know is that it's create or die (and I've already done that twice) so it's time to get back in the saddle!

I'll try to keep things updated as they progress. In the meantime, if you have any questions you can reach me at:

Co**[email protected]

Thank you for all your support!!!

For the record (please see previous post) "Co**se Nation Is NOT closed" fb decided to display that while I was hospitalized and couldn't access my page at that time, tyvm fb!

As stated previously, things are definitely slow because of health related issues, but you can absolutely contact me with any request. If I am capable, I absolutely will! Co**se Nation is OPEN for business my friends.

Love and respect, (except to fb)

Our work goes beyond making Co**ses... and the critics have been raving about the work we are involved in with The Abyss Theatre in Wilton Manors, FL. Current production: "BUG" by Tracy Letts.

"The edgy Infinite Abyss troupe recently has taken to producing evenings of Goth-ish haunted house-style immersive theater. But its co-production of Bug with Evening Star Productions presents psychological horrors far more unnerving than anything seen in a slasher movie – although there is gory viscera on display."
