Killeen ISD has canceled classes tomorrow.
Here is the schedule for CCISD:
"CCISD will resume classes on Thursday, February 2, 2023, on a 3-hour delayed start. Campuses will begin classes at the following times.
Mae Stevens Early Learning Academy will begin at 10:30 AM.
Elementary schools will begin at 10:45 AM.
Junior high schools will begin at 11 AM.
CCHS and Crossroads High School will begin at 11:10 AM.
We ask that parents drop off their students no earlier than 15 minutes prior to start time for their respective campus. No breakfast will be served on Thursday as the start times are very close to lunch times. Dismissal will be at the regularly scheduled time for each campus."

Good Morning Killeen ISD Families,

Due to the freezing temperatures forecasted today and tomorrow, icy road conditions, and the uncertainty of power outages, Killeen ISD campuses and buildings will remain closed on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. We understand that making this decision affects our employees, families, and our community; however, we feel it is the best decision to ensure the safety of all.

All extracurricular activities scheduled for today and Wednesday will be rescheduled later. Today and tomorrow will not have to be made up as we already have extra minutes built into our 2022-2023 academic calendar.

Future updates will be communicated through our automated messaging system, the district website, KISD mobile app, social media platforms, and local news networks.

Please take the severe weather situation and road safety warnings seriously. Our primary focus right now remains everyone’s safety.

We will see everyone on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
