Say hello to King, a 50-pound Lab mix with a heart as big as his smile! This sweet boy has been waiting patiently at the Conway Animal Services Adoption Center since June 6, 2025.

King came to us through no fault of his own when his owner was arrested and, sadly, never able to reclaim him. Despite everything he’s been through, King’s gentle and loving spirit has never wavered. He’s a happy, playful pup who loves spending time outside, chasing toys, and going on adventures.

The Juvenile has been found and is now safe! Thank you all for helping share this and helping us find Macie!

MISSING JUVENILE ALERT

The Conway Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Macie Jones, 16.

Macie was last seen Sunday evening, October 19, on surveillance footage at the Holiday Inn Presidential in downtown Little Rock. She was seen speaking briefly with the hotel receptionist around 8:32 p.m. before leaving the building.

She was last seen wearing a red baggy shirt, gray sweatpants, and black tennis shoes.

A vehicle associated with her was located outside the hotel this morning by Little Rock Police, but Macie was not found in the vehicle or in the area.

Anyone with information regarding Macie’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Conway Police Department at (501) 450-6120 or their local law enforcement agency immediately.

Once a shy and under-the-weather gentleman, Alfred the tuxedo cat has truly blossomed into the charming star of the shelter! Since arriving at Conway Animal Services in July, this 5-year-old has gone from hiding in the shadows to greeting us each morning with a cheerful meow and big, curious eyes. With a little patience and a lot of love, Alfred has come out of his shell and revealed his sweet, gentle nature. He adores being petted, seeks out affection, and never turns down a play session with his favorite mouse toy.

Alfred has shown us that all he needed was a little love—and now he’s ready to steal hearts (and maybe a cozy windowsill) in his forever home.

✅ UPDATE: Missing Juvenile Located ✅

We’re happy to report that 12-year-old Benjamin Prowell III has been safely located.

This outcome was made possible thanks to a concerned parent who shared information with one of our School Resource Officers. That information was relayed to our Detectives, who coordinated efforts and utilized department resources and technology to locate Benjamin.

We’re grateful for the community’s assistance and proud of the teamwork displayed by our officers and detectives in bringing this case to a safe resolution.
