I am starting over again with my fitness journey, and that’s ok because day 1 is better than day 0!
As a breastfeeding mama, it’s important that I make sure I’m not losing out on all the benefits of my food while I’m trying to lose weight. So I’ll be aiming to eat a variety of healthy snacks that are loaded with good sources of protein, vitamins, and other essential nutrients.
