* At 341 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles southeast of Newcomerstown, or 11 miles west of Freeport, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
