I’m not one to ask for help, please help me fill these people’s needs. The NC disaster is starting to fade across Social Media and long gone are media outlets fixating upon the devastation.
I’m still trying to facilitate more Fire Extinguishers & Carbon Monoxide Detectors for thousands using propane heaters tonight! I’m also needing 400 & 600 size Chainsaws for folks with 40”+ diameter trees laying across their driveways & buildings. Many of the volunteers who brought these big & expensive saws are now waiting potential Months for them to be repaired from rough, technical tree work!

“There were so many towns and remote areas that needed assistance immediately,” said C**t Truesdale, who took matters into his own hands, not waiting for government assistance or leadership, as FEMA did not arrive until five days later. “People up here in the NC mountains are a different breed, and I jumped in to help these people.” As a veteran, he quickly started bringing necessities daily. Now, that focus has expanded to providing generators, gas, Starlink, clothing and hygiene kits to small communities who will not have power restored for weeks to come.
