In 2022, I established a connection with these esteemed clients. They recently reached out to me to initiate the process. The Abington floor plan in Grove City, which we visited, has impressed them with its array of features including four bedrooms, a sunroom, two sitting areas, and a full basement. As their Realtor, I am excited to guide them through this important milestone and help them find their ideal home. We are in contract building this same floor plan. Who want to be next????

A house with a basement is good no doubt. But do ask yourself how much time you will spend in your basement.With today's housing market value, you will need to pay extra $400-$500 /month for having a basement. Multiply that by 12 months x30years if you have to live there for the 30years .
$400x12months =4800/yr
$4800×30yrs=$144000 just for basement space.
If that basement is to serve as a party space, with $2000 you can rent a hall and party is probably one time in a year or in many years.
If it is to serve as storage, you can rent a storage unit for $80/month and will only spent about $960/yr.
I have a 5bedrooms with a lot more space and lower monthly payment but no basement vs 4bedrooms with basement that I will like to show it to you . Call 614-260-9004 to schedule appointment if this maths makes sense to you.
