3. Send it to the Alex Founders Day messenger by Dec 15th, please provide name of resident in the message.
4. Must live in City Limits

We will have 2 divisions, residential and business.
Judging will take place Dec 15th through Dec 17th on Facebook. What ever picture has the most likes will win $100.
