For so many of us, schools are a centerpiece of our lives. Whether your family has kids in the schools or not, schools impact community events, adult social circles, and property values throughout the county.
Candidates are on the ballot for this election who want to to shuffle up Howard County schools by bussing children all over the county. The goal is to flatten the achievement of every school, make struggling schools look better, and thus redistribute wealth throughout Howard County.
Even if you don’t have kids in the school system your property could well be impacted. This page was created to share this important information in the hopes of maintaining the continuity of our communities and raise public awareness that there is a plan to use our children to reshape the county accodining to a different vision.
It is critical that you educate yourself before you vote in a couple of weeks. While we do not support, represent or endorse any specific candidate, we think it is critical to know how their respective plans will impact your home and neighborhood.
