Episode 71 is now RELEASED!!!! Tune in on Apple Podcasts, ITunes, Spotify or Youtube!!!!

Jordan Viega is one of the most consistent individuals I’ve ever met in my life. He is a 2x mixed grip pull-ups world record holder and he is currently on pace to set a 3rd world record at the end of the year. Jordan Viega started his journey in the beginning of 2023 to set the records for the most mixed grip pull-ups completed in a month, in six months, and a year. This guy has been hammering over 1000+ (1100 a day) official mixed grip pull-ups a day since the start of the year and by the time this episode is released, he will be doing his pull-ups for 339 days straight. 339 days straight!!. This is over 374,300 pulls-up completed over the year so far!

In this episode, we are going to dive into why Jordan had decided to pursue setting the records for the most pull-ups and the significance of why pull-ups. He is going to share his journey of how he had first approached the Guiness World Book of Records and how he had to transition to other record holder companies for this amazing opportunity. We dive into Why this guy chose pull-ups, out of every other exercises that were available. We also talk about his mission and vision for these records, to promote mental health and the ups and downs he was personally facing in his own life. This is an episode we also dive into Jordan’s journey of growing up and how he had pursued a very similar career path as I had and how he is currently paving his own life. This is an individual I want to see go toe to toe with David Goggins in a pull-up battle as I feel that it would be an incredible and close competition.

In this episode, Lillian talks about a topic that I am continuously trying to work on and that is the topic of ABUNDANCE. This could be an abundance of finances, love, relationships, connections, etc. A big part of the episode dives into the abundance mindset and how we differentiate the difference between "living in Abundance" versus Living "Beyond our Means." We also talk about the importance of an abundance of love, attachment, desire, and self-belief versus a positive thinking. Tune into the rest of the episode for more!
Some people call Lillian So a life coach. Some a healer or wellness coach. Many know her as a personal trainer & yoga therapist. Whatever we call her, her job is to help individuals live their best life. And she is really amazing at what she does. Our guest has been on TV, magazine covers, and has been covered about in a book… As a personal trainer & founder of SOfit SF, clients come to her to get fit AND get solid advice from someone who keeps it real. As a coach, she helps ambitious people rewrite self-sabotaging narratives that’re holding them back from what they want. She has been doing this since the age of 11, when she took a shy, anxious classmate under her wing – 90’s teen movie style – and taught her how to shine. Whether it’s finding one’s dream job or the love of your life, making a big life change, or simply waking up without anxiety – She helps individuals break free of the BS stories they are telling themselves and find peace. Her programs aren’t cheap, and they’re not easy either… BUT We’re talking deep, soulful, life-changing work here, folks. She’ll help you rewire the core beliefs so anyone can find true fulfillment.
