We caught up with KCME host Dave Carty as he prepared for his shows, and he shared insights about his process. He said, "It's a privilege to work at KCME and share wonderful music and the art form with everyone. I hope you enjoy the music that I play." Regarding my program Dinner and a Movie, "I look for a theme for the show like type of movie, director, or highlighting a particular composer." "It is both fun and difficult to pare down the choices (in material) for a particular show to make it all fit into one hour." "It's a balance of fun information about the content and being able to bring the music out."
