MySpace got me through some very lonely years when I became a mom before any of my friends.
Joined Facebook when you had to have an edu email! At first, it was only for college students. Yeah, I'm that old! 🤭
I have always loved to connect with my friends and family using social media, so it's really fun for it to be my way to help people now!
Man, if I could go back and reassure my anxious younger self, I sure would!

I think I've heard 142 different rumors about hashtags the last few weeks!
I've even heard that they are eventually going away.
There's been a rumor circulating that using hashtags is capping reach and not to use them
False.
They are still working and don't cap your reach.
Make sure you are using them correctly to help the algorithm categorize your content.
Dont use ones that are way overused and have a millionty uses. That won't help you anyways.
Don't use a banned hashtag either. Google banned hashtags and use the Meta Banned Hashtag tool to make sure you arent using one.
Just choose a few that describe or summarize your post, throw em on and go!
I promise it's not that deep. Don't over think it!
