Want your reels to perform better? Here are a few hacks to help you out!
🎥 Upload your videos in the highest quality available. Go to "Settings" and navigate towards the bottom and go to "Media Quality" and ensure "Upload at highest quality" is turned ON
🎥 Use the native tools in Instagram (or any platform really) by clicking the "sticker" icon on the top
🎥 Many people watch videos with their sound OFF...so be sure to use the closed captions provided in the app - also be sure to proof read them, AI still gets it wrong sometimes
🎥 Use trending audio - look for the little up arrow to see what has been trending

This morning I went for a run as I am training for an upcoming half marathon. As I was running, I thought about work. What needs to get done today, and also how this run is symbolic of the work I do every day.
Social media is a marathon, not a sprint. Growth doesn’t happen overnight and not every post is going to go “viral.” It’s just like running, you don’t just wake up and run 13.1 miles, it takes work. If it was easy, everyone would do it right?
Consistency is so important. The more I train, the better I will do in my half marathon. The more I post, the more I tell my followers and the algorithms what to expect from my accounts. Some posts (and some runs) go better than others. You have to look back and see what you did well and where you can improve.
Both of these things can be done by anyone, but to succeed, you have to put in the work. Perhaps that’s one of the things I love about my work and my pastime, my success comes only when I put in the work.
Doesn’t the reward just taste better when you know you’ve done everything you could to gain it?
Happy friends! I challenge you to do something that takes a bit of work today, you’ll thank me later. 🐑💖
