Fellas, 3 questions shape your life more than you realize.

Most men are quietly wrestling with the same core areas:
1️⃣ Identity – Who am I, really?
2️⃣ Purpose – Why was I created? What am I here to do?
3️⃣ Relationships – Who are the 3 most important people in my life, and how am I showing up for them?

When a man begins to discover honest, God-centered answers to these three questions, something shifts.
Life becomes clearer.
Hope becomes stronger.
Direction replaces confusion.

This isn’t about becoming a “better man” by the world’s standards—it’s about becoming a better version of yourself, God’s way.

Purpose is directly tied to a man’s identity and his relationship with God.
When identity is rooted in who God says you are—not in performance, titles, or past mistakes—purpose becomes clear. Without that foundation, men chase roles instead of calling.

“I must decrease; so, He may increase.” (John 3:30)

What’s that me for us as men who chose to allow God to be first in our life?

1. It’s not about losing identity, it’s about aligning it
Decreasing doesn’t mean becoming weak, silent, or passive. It means surrendering ego, pride, and self-reliance to God and His strength, wisdom can shine through you.

2. It redefines strength
Biblical masculinity isn’t domination; it’s submission to God. When a man decreases his need to control everything, he creates space for God to work through him as a husband, father, and leader.

3. It’s a daily posture, not a one-time decision
Every day we choose:
God’s will over my comfort
God’s way over my habits
God’s timing over my impatience

What in my life needs to decrease so God can increase in my leadership, my marriage, and my purpose?
