🎆 Happy 4th of July! 🎇
Here's my rendition of an American rock classic for America's birthday. Sweet Home Alabama with another American classic, the blues harp.
The harmonica was invented about 3000 BC in China. It was made of bamboo, of course. But America made it the blues harp.
Just about everyone says they remember when a relative or friend played a harmonica. Maybe by the campfire. For me it's my dad. How about you?

Welcome to the jungle, baby!
The SheepDawgs at Dallas's 50th birthday party, April 6th, 2024 on Merritt Island, Florida.
It does looks like it could be in a jungle, right?

The SheepDawgs ¬¬- Blues Rock firebrand quartet - are a breath of fresh air.

These four dudes, Aaron Rhoades (guitar/ vocals); Frank O.G. (bass/vocals), Jake Hogeland (drums) and Big Daddy (keyboards) have created a wonderful blend of progressiveness with dashes of soul and funk, mixed with a heavy dose of blues.

Aaron’s array of leads takes the listener on a wonderful roller coaster of six-string talent. Frank O.G. holds down the bottom while Jake keeps time as if we were going to war. And Big Daddy flexes his beefy Hammond Sk1.

Their fans, known as “The Heard,” can be found in an array of musical settings … from a tiny cigar bar to an all-out music festival. The music ranges from Classic Rock to a blend of Southern blues meets Louisiana Funk. Each listener experiences their own journey from the enormous selection of songs that this trio performs. Engagement with the audience elevates the performance for everyone. The SheepDawgs' passion for music is boundless . . . and sharing their desire to keep it vital has never waned. We truly try to be guardians of “The Heard.” If you like good music, you’re going to love The SheepDawgs
