March Issue Preview
Feast your eyes on our March issue, Baltimore. Our annual Best Restaurants list is officially here. 🎉
A decade ago, our food and dining editor [tag] Jane Marion developed an internal ratings sheet to codify the selection processes. It addresses four categories—food, ambiance, service, and value. Within those categories, our dining editors ask dozens of questions: Did the menu meet its mission? Was the food executed as ordered? How was it plated? How did it taste? How was the overall pacing? Was it fun to sit in the space? Would we go back again?
The result of this work serves as a sort of annual report card of the scene.
