Winesburg Weekend 2022
It didn't matter that it was a windy 20-something-degree evening in Clyde; the community came out despite the adverse weather and enjoyed another Winesburg Weekend event. From the number of people that came out to watch and the number and quality of the entries participating, we had a better-than-expected turnout for the parade in all aspects. Then add an unforeseen snowfall right as the Community Christmas Tree was lit and the Finale Fireworks kicked off - this year's Winesburg Christmas Weekend was one to remember.
It was a beautiful day to celebrate Halloween 2022 in Clyde, Ohio! The weather finally cooperated for the Candyland Downtown Carnival, the Parade was a hit as always, and it was a record year for trick-or-treaters. Thank you to everyone that made these events possible, and to the community for supporting them.
Halloween Weekend in Clyde - October 29th (this coming Saturday) starts off with Candyland from 12-3 PM (Food Trucks, vendors, bounce house, candy and prizes) followed by the Halloween Parade at 4 PM and then Trick-or-Treat after the parade ends until 6:30 PM.
Clyde Fair Highlights 2022
The Clyde Fair 2022 is in the books! Hopefully everyone had a great time.
Thanking everyone involved that makes this fair run, and run smooth every year is a Herculean task, but events like these don't happen without a coordinated group effort from so many people that sacrifice their time to try and benefit the Clyde community.
