Big news! I’ve decided to let my heart lead the way and bring a fresh change to our space. 🎉 While I’ll still cherish photography as a personal hobby, I’m stepping away from it as a business. It’s been an amazing ride, but over time, what was once my passion began to feel a bit too routine and I felt the burnout creeping in.

So, what’s next? A vibrant leap into graphic design! This new chapter opens up a world of creativity for me. I know you all have been reading about our move coming up in 2️⃣ days…but much bigger things are on the horizon…especially for Madi!

With our move from Ohio to Cali, in the middle of Covid, we homeschooled. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Our move from Cali to Louisiana will have her going back to public school in the middle of the year…in 6th grade! 🤗

My niece is the same age as Madi and we have heard about the transition to middle school! 🥴 It can be tough! So good vibes for my sweet girl! 🥰

If you saw my post yesterday, I was basically sitting there like a hot mess with boxes piled all around me eating some when I should have been packing more. 😝

Today I am sitting with even more 📦 as an even hotter mess 🙄 as I reminisce on more memories from my time here in Monterey. 🌊

Meeting and getting to take her 🤰🏻 pics and 👩🏻‍🍼 lifestyle pics was a highlight! She is yet another mama who welcomed me with with arms wide open when I arrived! ❤️

You will be missed my friend, but I can’t wait to watch your little ones grow! 💕

I thought a nice way to countdown and keep my mind off the insanity is to show some appreciation for my fellow California moms who took me in, trusted me to capture their families and became my friends! ❤️

Growing up as a little girl in Kentucky, I never dreamt I would travel the places I have, much less meet all the wonderful people I have. 😍

SHOUTOUT to , not only did you slay in that red dress, but you have been such a great friend here as well. 😘

As you said the other day, I hope our military paths will cross again someday!

8️⃣ days until we hit the wide open road! 🧳🗺🚘

I have mixed emotions…I mean how can I leave views like this behind?! The central California coast is B E A U T I F U L! 😍

Although Louisiana isn’t Kentucky, it is so much closer to home. We will be able to make trips home with a 10 hour car ride. 🥴 Our family will be able to drive to visit us!

So many changes will be happening with this move!

Living in the legit South compared to living in California.

Transitioning to public school from home school.

Building our first house!

Growing as a business woman and venturing down new paths!

As always, the ride is going to be W I L D!

I plan to capture as much as I can during our travels…stay tuned!

My number one piece of advice in life is to always remember to P L A Y! 🤪
My kids won’t look back and tell people about a clean house 🏡, folded laundry 🧺 or clean dishes 🍽. (Not sure if they have ever seen these things! 😜).
I hope they will tell people what a C R A Z Y FUN AND PLAYFUL 🙋🏼‍♀️ and 🙋🏻‍♂️ they had ❤️. The kind of parents that didn’t care if the house was messy, the laundry was piled up and we ordered🍕 for dinner!
I want them to remember the time we let them dress up like super hero’s 🦸‍♂️ and got them a mattress to slide down the stairs on! 🤣
