CONTINUED GRADE CHANGING SCANDAL FALLOUT? POWERS OUT OF CHS
Assistant Principal Amanda Powers has been removed as the assistant principal at Clinton High School.
WYSH reached out to Doctor Tim Parrott with the following question.
WYSH .....Is it accurate that content discovered on Mrs Powers computer during the investigation is the reason she was demoted?
And was that content a fight between students.?
I want to make sure I give you the opportunity to respond.
Dr Tim Parrott..... I made the decision to move Ms Powers out of CHS because it had become apparent that she had become ineffective as an assistant principal. There was a complaint about her from a parent but that did not reach my level.

So , there was nothing found on her computer?
Dr Tim Parrott....The complaint alleged that she showed some students a fight from the school’s cameras.
Amanda Powers was Assistant Principal at Clinton High School when it was discovered that thousands of grades had been altered / changed for some students at the high school. Powers had also come under scrutiny for the many TikTok videos she had published with names and likenesses of underage high school students.
At the time of publishing this article Powers has not been fired from Anderson County School System but has been demoted from Assistant Principal to a teaching position.
