IF you did not watch the men's gymnastics team competition live, make sure to watch prime time. What an amazing night for Sterling Gymnastics trained Steve Nedoroscik. I will include more in the comments for anyone who doesn't want the suspense ruined.

Stephen Nedoroscik, who trained at Sterling Gymnastics, did well on his routine, though NBC only showed highlights. Prime time NBC will show highlights from the Paris competition

The Item: New state regulations require communities with MBTA stations - and adjacent to them - to create zoning for multi-family homes. Sterling is working on zoning (since Leominster has an MBTA station), but one proposal already rejected by state:

STERLING – Planner Stephen Wallace met with the Select Board on July 17 for his bi-yearly update, which included an update on progress to meet state requirements for multi-family zoning under the state’s MBTA-adjacent communities regulations.
