Clubhouse member and donor Donnamarie Randolph from Ohio is a passionate advocate, including her support for Clubhouse International!

“As a lifelong advocate I believe in the vision and mission of Clubhouse International,” Donnamarie said. “It makes a life changing difference for people through its advocacy and the philosophy that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Having experienced it firsthand, I can only pay it forward."

Donnamarie has a unique perspective as an accomplished professional who experienced severe depression while in her 40’s. She credits the community at Magnolia Clubhouse in Cleveland, Ohio, with helping her navigate that crisis. She’s been an engaged and active advocate ever since.

Magnolia Clubhouse is recognized at the local, state and national levels as an exemplary center of recovery and community reintegration for those who live with mental illness. Magnolia Clubhouse is closed to observe Juneteenth. Juneteenth is a holiday celebrated on June 19 to commemorate the emancipation of enslaved people in the US. The holiday was first celebrated in Texas, where on that date in 1865, in the aftermath of the Civil War, enslaved people were declared free under the terms of the 1862 Emancipation Proclamation.

Monday May 29th is Memorial Day. Come participate in our annual cookout but make sure you sign up before coming. We will have lots of fun. Hope to see you there!!!!!
