Impact was proud to partner with Chapter Aesthetic Studio and the TAG Events team on their second annual Leadership Retreat, tailored for their Managing Clinical Directors and Chapter’s leadership team.

Informative general sessions provided business updates; a Family Feud game—Chapter Edition educated and entertained; breakout sessions focused on new products and procedures and the Glammy Awards celebrated top achievers in true Chapter style!

We look forward to supporting Chapter as they continue to write their story of growth and leadership in the medical aesthetics industry!

It was our pleasure to once again, assist CQ Partners with their Reconnect ’24 conference. CQ Partners helps grow hearing healthcare practices and develop providers as business leaders. They support every aspect of the practice and staff, so they can continue to connect patients with life-changing hearing healthcare. Reconnect ’24 is an event designed to engage the entire staff and to help practice owners prioritize teamwork, staff development, and the overall health of their business.

The meeting featured keynote speaker Colonel Nicole Malachowski, first female U.S. Air Force Thunderbird pilot, combat squadron commander, fighter pilot and trailblazing figure in the U.S. Air Force; and National Women’s Hall of Fame inductee, along with many other notable accolades. Our own Irene Majer was privileged to meet Colonel Malachowski, such an incredible individual!

With over a decade of experience in live national television, documentaries, commercials, news packages, and corporate videos. He's not just an expert behind the lens; his expertise extends to editing, postproduction, and sound mixing.

A recipient of four Emmy Awards, John's talent and dedication to his craft are undeniable and inspiring. His vision and skill set are invaluable assets that will benefit both our team and our clients. We are excited to see the innovative and captivating videos John will produce, enhancing the stories we tell.

On behalf of the entire Team at Impact Communications, we want to congratulate and thank Sue Finley for her 25+ years of service.
As Senior Writer/Producer, Sue has written and produced hundreds of projects by finding the “right” words that touch hearts, move people to action or teach an audience something new. While Sue may be retiring from her fulltime position with Impact…. we couldn’t let her go that easily. Sue will continue to work on projects for us in her spare time, in the near future.

Impact supported the conference with all staging including a custom set design, LED video walls, lasers, lighting, audio, graphics, and video production; created to celebrate Aspen Dental’s 25 years in business. The event was a tremendous success and created long-lasting memories for the Aspen Dental practice owners and team members in attendance.
