The Staff of Moses

He has been the front man and song-writer for several acoustic bands in the past, from the North Carolina jam-grass band, Run of the Mill, to Philadelphia's contemporary acoustic-rock band, The Delta Natural. Alongside Robert Thornhill, he founded the driving bluegrass/country duet, The Reckless Brothers. He currently tours and plays with Hank, Pattie & The Current. Though he has another primary v

ocation, he is committed to growing through a lifetime of musical training with the guitar and mandolin family of instruments. As a player, he can deliver resounding variation of sound and emotion through his various influences. He prides himself in loving and listening to all music; pop, jazz, gypsy, rock, country and classical, but he grounds himself in bluegrass. He is inspired by many of the mandolin and guitar greats, but more so by music itself, and by his past and present band-mates. He has written and co-written many songs.
