Want to grow your business in 2025? Here are 5 key things to focus on. Pick one or tackle them all—it’s up to you:
1. Run Great Paid Ads.
Find where your target market hangs out and master ads for that platform. If ads haven’t worked for you before, it’s not the platform—it’s your strategy. Creative is king, but so are targeting, copy, landing pages, and ad spend. Dive into the platform, get specific, get creative (even funny), and test multiple ads until you crack the code.
2. Post Valuable Content Regularly.
Use your phone if needed, but focus on making content that entertains, educates, inspires, or informs your ideal customer. Tailor it to each platform’s vibe and audience mindset. Watch, learn, try, improve, and repeat. Build an audience—it’s one of the most valuable assets you can have.
3. Cold Outreach.
Email and DM with value, not asks. Eliminate risk, offer something useful, and get your foot in the door. If you do ask for something, make it about how you can be their best business ally—not about making a quick sale.
4. Warm Outreach.
Leverage followers, friends, family, and past clients. Don’t sell directly—ask if they know someone who might need your services. Sometimes they are that person! Keep relationships strong—business is often about who people like and trust, not just who is the most qualified. (Build trust and authority with content)
5. Build Business Alliances.
Team up with businesses that complement, not compete with, yours. They already have your target market but need what you offer. It could be client exchanges, referral fees, or full partnerships. Many successful businesses thrive on this alone.
