Sassy Sparkles NEW POLICY:
Always in effect, just never really fully enforced.
1) ALL orders must be prepaid. Orders will not be started until paid.
2) Turn around time is 2 days to 2 weeks depending on item, quantity, and other exceptions.
3) NO REFUNDS or Exchanges.
4) If you approve design to put on item, NO changes after I put this approved design on item.
5) NO more free stuff.
6) If you have any questions, concerns, or problems with item, it must be brought to my attention within 48 hours of receiving or nothing will be done.
7) I I am not responsible for damages caused by customers. Such as the cups are not supposed to be put in the dishwasher. The shirts are supposed to be hand washed and inside out and not put in the dryer.
8.) Do not ask me to give you something at the same price I paid for something. I am not a wholesaler.
9) I am not a factory that can make things perfectly. These are handmade craft items and may have an imperfection sometimes. You accept these terms and agreements when purchasing.
10.) If you win a prize and it is a custom prize, You have 3 days to decide what it is that you want on the item, or it is forfeited.
11.) If you win a prize and do not reach out to me within 3 business days to arrange pick up, drop off, or mailing of the item, It is forfeited. I have held onto too many items for more than 30 days and it has became too big of an issue.
12.) By purchasing spots on the winner's wheel, you agree to these terms and policies.

I am sorry that I have to enforce this policy for EVERYONE now. I have been too nice with giving too much stuff for free away. I will no longer give any free stuff away. I will no longer give big discounts. Everyone needs to realize that I have invested a lot of money into this company and in the products. I have machines that cost thousands of dollars. I put my time and energy and heart into every item that I do for someone. I know a lot of people see that a shirt is just a shirt. But for instance, when I make a shirt, I have to order the shirt, I have to use special paper, special ink, a special printer that cost a lot of money, a heat press machine that cost a lot of money , apart from my time. And the same thing for the cups. I have to order the cups, the special paper ink with the special printer, apart from the supplies to make the tops custom like I do. All of these different elements are not cheap. so from now on, I will be charging my price that I choose for my business, and customers will either buy it or look elsewhere. I have tried to be friendly, for everybody involved all this time, but with several different circumstances, not just one, from this point forward, I am only running my business as a business. I hope everyone can understand. I think all of you that have always supported me and continue to support me and my business. But please do not ask me for discounts or to buy my products at a discounted price for the price that I pay for things. I will no longer waste my time and energy For free. Thank you for understanding
