Clarksville TN is such a beautiful place to live 😍 Between the rivers, hills, caves and countryside, you’ll have plenty of pretty scenery to look at! We have the cutest downtown area, a great school system, affordable housing in both the suburbs and rural areas with acreage, plus we’re only a 45 min drive to Nashville! 🤠 A lot of my non-military clients who relocate to Nashville for work, choose to live here and commute there to save significantly on housing! If you’re PCSing 🇺🇸 to Fort Campbell KY, Clarksville TN is an obvious choice! We’re only about a 15-20 min drive to the base unless you want to live on some acreage and then it’s more like 30 min.
