🚨 FCC Update: What You Need to Know! 🚨

Real estate pros, listen up! The FCC’s new “One-to-One Consent” rule that was supposed to change how we contact leads has been postponed—and now it’s been completely scrapped by the courts. 🙌🏼 That means, for now, you can still reach out the way you always have.

But don’t get too comfortable! Other changes to TCPA rules—like making it easier for consumers to revoke consent—are still happening on April 11, 2025.

2. Engage on Social Media with Targeted Content
Consistently post content that addresses client pain points, like “Top 5 Mistakes First-Time Buyers Make” or “Best Neighborhoods for Military Families.” Use Stories, Reels, and Lives to interact with your audience, and respond to comments and messages promptly to build relationships.

3. Build a Strong Referral Network
