🔊🔊PSA: AS A STYLIST/PMUA: if you ARE NOT pleased with your service, but don’t necessarily know how to tell me/have anxiety about causing a conflict, here is how:

•Key points to remember•

Be direct but respectful:
State your concerns clearly, but avoid harsh criticism.

Focus on specifics:
Identify the exact elements of the service that didn't meet your expectations.

Offer a solution:
If possible, suggest how you'd like the issue to be addressed, whether it's a small tweak or a follow-up appointment.

Acknowledge the stylists/PMUAs effort:
Let them know you appreciate their work, even if you're not fully satisfied.

I would rather you tell me right then and there after/during your service if you are not satisfied. There are TONS of reasons why we might’ve been on a different page or I had a misunderstanding of what you wanted and 95% of the time, IT CAN BE FIXED. We are humans too. We are still learning every single day and all we want is to make sure you leave satisfied. We ARE HERE FOR YOU, but issues cannot be addressed/fixed unless we’re told.
