How Double Stomp Started
Our name, Double Stomp, comes from the way we used to create demos to get performance gigs. The musicians were in the basement and the recording was done in the living room. We connected all of the instruments directly to our system, and stomped twice on the floor to let the musicians know when to start doing their thing! We captured not just the sound, but also the total group feeling. That’s how we got our start, and we can help you with yours.
