Ended up listening to the podcast attached to it and wanted to share it in case anyone had missed it. The year was 2020 when Covid was happening. Pete, Jon and Cameron were interviewed by the group at THE Q FILES/The UFO Show and the two interviewers, Shane McClelland and Lori Gum, ended up joining in on our Skywatch and becoming Life Members...

I attended a Zoom meeting with Kathleen B Covalt, EdD about the incoming (nominated) 2025 Administration and other folks in President Trump’s “orbit” who have spoken openly and positively about UFO/ UAP transparency. I enjoyed her presentation a lot and I've come out of it thinking there is a good chance that Trump's cabinet choices will indeed help bring a lot more transparency to what we've all been watching transpire.

So.....what's the big news in the UFO/UAP/USO/NHI/cryptid/paranormal space at this moment???
It's drones, drones, drones!!! At least that's the catchall term that is being used now. UAV, UAS, AAV, AAS are abbreviated terms also being used for drones depending on the conversation.
Are all of these drones being seen truly what are considered to be mundane manmade drones?? Even the commercial drones available are not so mundane anymore as can be seen in a couple of the links below. We'll certainly discuss this and a number of other topics at the meeting Thursday! There is something happening today that might bring a lot of what the government has been keeping secret out into the open.
I'd say millions of those who've been following what has been happening in Congress concerning UFOs/UAPs and alien life are hoping to see something substantial happen.
I'd place this event, if it turns out well, to be one of, if not the most, important events of these times. Many things can be affected on what we see today.. especially energy. Imagine antigravitic travel and less dependency on fossil fuel energy.
They're out there, but so are we, and what we see in the night skies is getting very hard to distinguish alien technology and our back-engineered vehicles apart from each other.
I'll go as far as to say that these events are vitally important to our future here on earth. Most who've followed this believe that the sci-fi we've been watching is now a reality. There are whistleblowers and witnesses that will be testifying.
What I'm glad to see is that it is a bipartisan effort too...

 First, a kind thank you to our members and guests who were able to join us for the skywatch meeting in October. It was an enjoyable, cool, clear night for food and discussion with friends at Canal Park. The bonus for the evening is that we were treated
to a rare display of the aurora borealis afterward.
 I’m so sorry to share the sad news that Paul Althouse, Ohio MUFON webmaster and long-time member passed away suddenly on October 23. Our kind thoughts and prayers
to his wife Terry and his family and friends.
 IMPORTANT: A congressional UAP hearing will occur
Wednesday, November 13 at 11:30 AM EST. This hearing will include witnesses Mike Shellenberger, Mike Gold, Luis Elizondo and Retired US Navy Rear Admiral Timothy Galluadet. This should be a VERY interesting hearing. This is expected

Chris's Message for October
Greetings Everyone!

Our next Roundtown UFO Society meeting will be held on Thursday, October 10........but this one will be a little different!
We're having our annual RUFOS skywatch on this particular evening at Canal Park just outside of Circleville.
The address for Canal Park is: 23352 Canal Road, Circleville OH 43113
It's just about a mile outside of town and easy to find.
We'll start the gathering about 6:30-??? with a very abbreviated meeting followed by food and comradery.......hopefully under a clear sky. 🌒

(It's absolutely ok to get there earlier if desired and we have permission to use the park that evening after dark. Sunset that evening will be 6:59 PM EDT with a new moon.)

Bring a chair, a beverage and a food item to share if you can! (But not required of course....we know it's hard for folks with mobility issues).
(Dan and I will bring plates, plasticware, napkins, garbage bags and some goodies to share.)

Because this is an outdoor meeting, we won't have connectivity or equipment to run an outdoor meeting for October but will be back to holding hybrid in-person & remote meetings for the month of November.

If the weather isn't tolerable for an outdoor gathering, we'll go to our normal gathering spot at the American Legion post #134.

I'm keeping this email pretty short but I'll mention a couple of items of recent interest:

First, mark your calendar for November 13. That's the date the next UAP congressional open hearing is stated will occur. This should be a good one! There is no specific time yet stated for the hearing but keep your ear to the internet for further information.

Senate Armed Services Committee UAP related hearing has been pushed out until after the election but Senator Gillibrand is still stating that it will occur in November.

The proposed 2024 NDAA UAP amendments appears to have failed at this moment although there is a tiny glimmer of hope that it might be resurrected later in the NDAA process. My understanding is that this is primarily a procedural issue for this particular version of the NDAA couple of particular less significant UFO/UAP related items remain in the 2024 proposed legislation. I'm presuming this is another strategic pre-bunking piece that was put out specifically to try to tamp down interest (once again) preceeding the upcoming hearing. This reminds me back when I (Michael W Moore), was investigating for MUFON, and in one of my conversations with a witness (off the subject of the investigation) they mentioned that they saw what looked like a reptilian in a hoodie in a parked car in a car they were looking at near a McDonalds. While they were watching, the being turned and looked their way and that is when they saw the being's face. It wasn't halloween at the time, but that doesn't mean a mask couldn't have been used.
It has stayed with me for years and haven't followed up on that statement. I would like to since when watching much of the information put out on the different species of aliens that might be among us, one is the reptilians.
I feel as disclosure continues to happen, things can get a lot more exciting...

The MUFON investigations I took on took a lot of time when I was involved, more time than I had to keep up with the time restraints of each investigation, but it was an amazing time in my life, because it took me into that realm of the paranormal and unknown.
A lot of the investigations were considered to be manmade or natural, but there were those that couldn't be explained away and those were the ones that, to this day, makes me happy I got involved and experienced them when I did.
