The FCHE First Colony Homeschool Ensembles performed "Christmas Night" on Tuesday night at Christ Church in Sugar Land, led by Choir Director Bethany Stuard, Handbell Director and Collaborative Pianist Travis Worsham. It was an outstanding performance! See the video below.

The flyover ramps connecting the Westpark Tollway to the Grand Parkway north in Katy are officially complete! On Wednesday, members of the Fort Bend County Commissioners Court and the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority gathered to cut the ribbon, making completion of the ramps. While the ramps are finished, they are expected to open in approximately two weeks as TXDOT finalizes the connection to the roadway.
Commissioner Vincent Morales and Commissioner Andy Meyers shared the honor of cutting the ribbon together. Commissioner Meyers initiated the project in 2019, prior to redistricting, and Commissioner Morales guided it to completion after the redistricting in 2022.
Crews are nearing the completion of the Voss at Old Richmond roundabout project according to social media post from Precinct 3 Commissioner Andy Meyers.
"Next week, work will begin on the crosswalks to enhance pedestrian safety, and the removal of the temporary asphalt will continue," Meyers said. "Despite several delays caused by one of the subcontractors, we're finally in the final stages of this project and I thank residents for their patience.
Once completed, Commissioner Andy Meyers says it will significantly improve traffic flow and safety at this busy intersection."
Meyers toured the site on Friday afternoon.

Work is nearly complete on the concrete panel replacement project at West Airport at Maple Downs Lane. Fort Bend County Road and Bridge hope to have the travel lanes fully reopened soon.

Line crews making repairs in north Fort Bend County this morning. They're repairing a switch that burned up during the storm. Repairing it will allow them to restore power to neighborhoods down line.
