There’s no place like Cincy to buy a new rug, like the ! We are so thrilled with the transformation of our recently updated family room and our gorgeous new rug is the pièce de résistance! This amazing team took the stress and guesswork out of a big design decision and we all couldn’t be happier with the result, even the pups love the cozy new rug, too! Aww shucks! 🥰 Thanks so much for the support and warm welcome back yesterday, fam! It’s so good to be back on the interwebs with my fellow interwebians sharing about my favorite city, because there’s no place like Cincy!

We’ve talked about who I am, but I think it’s important that we talk about who I’m NOT for a minute:

🙅🏼‍♀️ I am not out here hoping to hit some goal of a certain number of followers, likes, or views etc. I’m genuinely here to share my sincere love for my city and have some funsies! I’m actually kinda mortified by the word “influencer” and would prefer to be categorized as a “Cincinnfluencer!” If that resonates with you, awesome, share with a friend! If not, keep on scrolling!

🙅🏼‍♀️ I am not sharing businesses, products, or events that I do not sincerely support, or enjoy, or actually attend. No fake or phony BS here, and I’ll happily pass on an opportunity that does not align. This recovering people pleaser has {finally} learned to say “no thank you.”

🙅🏼‍♀️ I am not a graphic designer or a fancy schmancy content creator with a super curated account and feed. I’m a mom with a phone who loves to snap a pic, doing her best to figure this out!

🙅🏼‍♀️ I am not in this for the 💰, nor am I looking to make loads of $$$ with this account. Now, if the partnership/trade/agreement/compensation fits and aligns with us both, I’ll do it! And most of the time, I’m sharing because I WANT to share with you something I’ve stumbled across or an authentic experience I’ve had that hasn’t been curated in a partnership.

For those wondering, yesterday’s shoot location was the “Pendleton Mapped” mural in Pendleton which “tells the 200-year story of a neighborhood within a city, dating back to 1803. The colored architecture shown still exists, including the former School for Creative and Performing Arts, the Pendleton Art Center and the tower clock by The Verdin Company, while the gray buildings remind us of what buildings once stood in Pendleton.” {quote from }. Happy 5️⃣1️⃣3️⃣ Day!!!
Hi!👋🏻 it’s time for a reintroduction as I’ve relaunched and rebranded myself and this account in the last few months. And, what better day to do that than on 513 day! Let me tell you a bit about who I am:

I’m Erin! Cincinnati girl born and happily raised. Lover of all things local to this amazing city. Former teacher and former realtor, which has allowed me to build strong connections to some pretty amazing people all across this city- north, south, east, and west sides! 👩🏼‍🏫👩🏼‍💻

I’m a mama of two kiddos ages 10 and 12 and a dog mama to three pups- all Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with Irish names, and I’m married to my sweet husband, David, who always quietly supports all of my shenanigans! {that’s also one of our pup’s names!} 🐶🐶🐶👱🏻‍♀️🧑🏻‍🦰

We are a family on the go, always out in Cincy doing what we love: cheering on our hometown teams, attending concerts and shows, eating at as many of the incredible restaurants as our pants will allow, and exploring all that our city has to offer! 🐅💙🧡⚽️

Giving back to this incredible community is also extremely important to me as well. I love to support local non profits and currently serve on the board of ! {you’d better come to “Wigs & Waffles” June 9th!} 🧇👩🏻‍🎤

And what do I love most? Connecting with others. {I always had a check next to my name on the ol’ report card for “talking too much.”} I’m gonna share with you all my favorite local spots, businesses, and people around town! All of our local jaunts and haunts, if you will! 🗣️

Yeah, we know, we missed 513 day! Ugh! But don't worry, we can still celebrate all that our amazing city has to offer! When meeting with out of town clients, these are the top three reasons I share with them as to why I'd move to Cincy!1. The Arts- whether it's the theater, art museums, or the music- there is an opportunity to enjoy live music and theater in so many different ways! We love taking our kiddos to see performances by and we love a date night downtown at ! 2. The Parks- bike trails, walking trails, hiking trails, playgrounds, outdoor venues, Cincy has a variety of beautiful parks that fit all of these needs! Just check out !
3. The Food- we have quickly become a foodie town in the last decade with incredible restaurants getting some national attention! A few of our most recent newer favorites are: , , !

In honor of Cinco de Mayo, I'm sharing some of my favorite spots in Cincy for tacos and margaritas.

🌮La Cantina- have you tried it yet??? Their margs, guac, queso, and tacos are to die for.
🌮Nada- a standard Cincy fav. The Nadarita and street corn are our go tos.
🌮Bakersfield- the best vibe and margaritas by the pitcher? Yes, please.
🌮Agave & Rye- the wildest taco combos that are delightfully delicious
🌮Mazunte- chips, salsa, tacos, and margaritas to go? What better combo is there?

Winter weekends in Cincinnati may be chilly but they can be so much fun, so I wanted to share some of my favorite ways to make the most of them!

One of my favorite things to do on a winter weekend in Cincy is to bundle up and head outdoors. Whether it's skiing at a Perfect North, ice skating on Fountain Square or 50 West , or simply taking a scenic walk through Cincinnati Nature Center, getting some fresh air and exercise is a great way to enjoy the winter season.

I also love spending time with friends and family, whether it's having a movie marathon at home or visiting a heated igloo around town for some good food, drinks, and conversation. 365 Cincinnati put together a great list of cozy igloo restaurants I'll link in my bio!
