Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Saturday! My highlight yesterday was spending some time with my MIL before she went back to her house. We did take a fun family hike on the beach after Thanksgiving dinner and at age 91 she led the way (I'm not exaggerating). Today I'm taking my son for a college visit/attend their football game. Happy this one is an hour away instead of the last one that was a 14-hour journey 🙂. Any highlights // plans // goals for you?

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! I'm headed to pickup my mother-in-law in a couple of hours and bring her to our house. She lives about 45 minutes away from us, so not too bad. We will have turkey dinner and then take a long walk as a family tradition. Anything fun you do today?

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of physical activity yesterday. Happy Saturday! Wow, it was a long week. I flew to New York last Friday for a college visit with my son, then flew from New York to Orlando on Sunday for work. Then Wednesday flew back to California on a late flight so was up almost 24 hours straight. Then had to get some work done Thursday and Friday. Now get to rest this weekend with zero plans, woohoo! On Friday, I flew to New York for a college visit to a school interested in having my son play football for them. Yesterday, my son flew back home (his first solo flight!) while I flew to Orlando for a PeopleOne Health Board meeting today. Any highlights // plans // goals for you?

Like if you did 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Hi Everyone. I'm just about over my tough cold. Last Saturday was difficult. My son's team lost their last game of the season on a tough day: early that morning, they attended a memorial service as a team for the father of a teammate who was hit by a car and ended up passing away while in a coma. The accident happened on a game day a few weeks ago and his son (on his birthday) made a game-winning field goal as time expired against a rival going from the hospital to the field. The team played extremely "flat" last Saturday night and had no chance against a team they matched up well against (that played well to their credit). It was a tough end to a good season. Now my son is looking forward to visiting colleges interested in giving him a football scholarship. The opposing coach told him after the game, "you're the best WR I've faced in 15 years." He ended up ranked #1 in California and #3 in America in receiving yards for the 10-game regular season with 1,620 yards -- partly from using a version of our personal improvement/fitness program showing that consistently reaching smart goals one at a time can lead to amazing results for anyone!. I told him he's learned more positive lessons from this experience than he realizes at this point (he does know when you care about something so much and it doesn't end well, it hurts. This photo I took (he's #1) is him breaking down on the sidelines near the end of the game and being comforted by his QB and another WR.

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Monday! My highlight yesterday was good sleep Saturday night leading to great fitness minutes yesterday including 30 minutes of mini-trampoline while watching football with my son.

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Sunday! My highlights this weekend include: 1) exercise bike yesterday; 2) my son's high school football team beat the first place team in his league 42-23 Friday night on homecoming (he had 2TDs and 192 yards). He is still #1 in America in receiving yards that includes using a version of our health/fitness/goal-setting program (we're also using this to help other student-athletes to spread the spark to others). I slept great last night, so am ready for good fitness minutes today.

I'm going to my son's homecoming football game tonight against a tough team. He's also on homecoming court with his girlfriend, so it's a big day for us. Any highlights // plans // goals for you?

My highlight yesterday was getting to bed at a normal time because my son's football team had a bye this week so we all got different forms of rest. Getting ready for big homecoming game next week! Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Tuesday! My highlight yesterday was stretching after slacking off on doing this for a few days. One of the more underrated parts of a health/fitness program. Do you stretch regularly? Any highlights // plans // or goals for you today?

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Sunday. My highlight yesterday was resting after an emotional Friday night football game for my son and his team. It was cancer awareness night, so the team was led out to the field by one of our players who is beating leukemia. We won the game against a fierce rival on a field goal as time expired. But, this was bittersweet because the kicker's father was hit by a car earlier that day while jogging and is in a coma. The kid went from the hospital to the game and hit his first 2 field goal attempts of the season to win the game.

Happy Monday! My highlight yesterday was celebrating birthdays (my wife and I have birthdays on the same day). We had a great day with family and I got a bunch of fitness minutes mostly watching football with my youngest son (mini trampoline, jump rope without a rope, standing on one leg). Any highlights // plans // goals for you?
