Looking for free support and motivation in 2025?

I will be posting most days this year doing my best to motivate people to reach their most meaningful goals this year in the SparkAmerica/PeopleOne Health community. And we have a team of health coaches, registered dietitians, and caring doctors on our team. I am now the healthiest I’ve been in my life both from using our app/website and learning so much about fixing the root causes of health issues like my mold exposure. I’m doing my best to teach others what I’ve learned. There is a great group of former SP members who post almost daily too.

You can join for free at: http://sparkamerica.com and go to “join the movement” (if there is no city near you, you can simply choose “TeamAmerica”). If you have already joined SparkAmerica/PeopleOne Health, just login at http://peopleonehealth.com

We recently announced that a great team at Google Ventures made a major investment into our company because they realize we’re doing something special and they want to help us succeed. This investment will help us continue to improve our tech platform and other solutions like our primary care offices that we own (and this will eventually include opening back up to anyone in other countries too). I have many tech projects that will make this platform far better than the original SP one since my brain is working well and we have a great team.

Our full solution integrates primary care doctors, medical specialists, dietitians, health coaches, mental health experts, this tech platform, and more. We’re using this to provide full healthcare solutions to school teachers, firefighters, sanitation workers, and more – giving them the highest possible “concierge-level plus” care at no cost to them because it’s paid for by their employer as a health benefit.

Our revenues from school districts, local governments, and companies means we can keep our tech platform open to anyone for free with no ads. We have emerged into one of the more impactful health companies in America. As always, I’d love to help you reach your goals as part of this incredible journey!

SparkCheers!

PeopleOne Health is one of the fastest-growing providers of value-based primary care. Funded by employers, our model delivers a wide range of prevention and treatment services for both physical and mental health needs.

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday to start 2025. My highlight yesterday was making a detailed list of small goals I want to consistently reach in 2025 -- prioritizing top ones that will help me build energy and passion to reach my most meaningful goals this year.
Here is the key reason I have tracked my fitness minutes 367 days in a row in our software: I have a daily routine list of items that I look at every day throughout the day when looking at my ToDo list/schedule. One of those items is "Track fitness minutes." This super-simple process can keep anyone on track for different tasks. I'm expanding this to more of my most meaningful goals in 2025 and working to turn this into software 😉 . Happy 2025! You can reach your most meaningful goals with these simple processes anyone can do.

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy 2025! My highlight today so far was doing a morning hike with a bit of sunshine to start the year off right (my dog Flash was still sleeping so he'll get a hike later). I am also listing the tasks I want to be consistent on this year so I can pull these in to my ToDO list/small goals and track how often I do this (I'm testing this on myself as I turn this into an idea for our software to do). Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness. Happy Sunday! Today is my mother-in-law's 92nd birthday. We did a walk on the beach on Thanksgiving and she led the way. She still rides her bike around the neighborhood. And she even beat cancer a couple of years ago. She credits all of this to eating real food most of her life and staying physically and mentally active plus being part of a community like her church choir group.

She's a fun motivator for all of us to have a great year in 2025! Any highlights // plans // goals for you?

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Monday! Who is ready to set their priority goals for the week? I have mine ready to put into action. I know this time period can be stressful and overwhelming with so much that needs to be completed. This is why it can be so helpful to have your priorities written down/typed out so you can see them and minimize distractions. My highlight yesterday was getting 40 fitness minutes while watching our favorite NFL team with my son (we took turns on the mini trampoline and other exercises). Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Sunday! My highlights yesterday were: 1) attending my son's basketball game. They lost to probably the best team they'll play all year, but we gave this team a scare by playing our best game so far and got their lead down to 3 with about 5 minutes to go before the other team pulled away at the end; 2) when I got home from the game, I carried Flash for another walk and let him walk a bit on his own as he continues to recover from his heart health scare.

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Saturday! My dog Flash is recovering well after his tooth extraction Wednesday caused a reaction to the anesthesia and his heart almost stopped (we then had to take him to the doggy ICU for the night). He had a lot more energy yesterday. I carried him for a walk and let him down to walk on his own for a bit. He saw some of his friends and got wiggly wanting to get down and play, but I wouldn't let him do that yet 🙂. Attached is a photo of him resting yesterday next to me in his doggy bed.

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Saturday! My highlight yesterday was spending some time with my MIL before she went back to her house. We did take a fun family hike on the beach after Thanksgiving dinner and at age 91 she led the way (I'm not exaggerating). Today I'm taking my son for a college visit/attend their football game. Happy this one is an hour away instead of the last one that was a 14-hour journey 🙂. Any highlights // plans // goals for you?

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of fitness yesterday. Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! I'm headed to pickup my mother-in-law in a couple of hours and bring her to our house. She lives about 45 minutes away from us, so not too bad. We will have turkey dinner and then take a long walk as a family tradition. Anything fun you do today?

Like if you did at least 10 minutes of physical activity yesterday. Happy Saturday! Wow, it was a long week. I flew to New York last Friday for a college visit with my son, then flew from New York to Orlando on Sunday for work. Then Wednesday flew back to California on a late flight so was up almost 24 hours straight. Then had to get some work done Thursday and Friday. Now get to rest this weekend with zero plans, woohoo! Hope you had a good week? Any highlights // plans // goals for you?
