David Timmerman and Chuck Shelton are making some mighty fine ciders! It sure helps that the apples at this estate orchard/cidery are outstanding. That, coupled with a light touch and well developed palates (David was on the 2018 French Cider Tour) makes this a definite destination for cider fans. Can't make it to Virginia, they shipped!
